Cancellation and Refunds

1 General Policy

1.1 Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to travel@babaholidays.in or holiday@babaholidays.in.

1.2 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting cancellation charges, administrative fees, and any non-refundable components imposed by third-party vendors.

1.3 Baba Holidays’ service charges are always non-refundable.

1.4 We abide by the cancellation and refund policies of our respective partners, including airlines, hotels, and other service providers. We will make every effort to assist with last-minute cancellations but cannot guarantee outcomes.

2 Flight Cancellations

2.1 Flight cancellations are subject to the airline’s policy, including fare rules and penalties.

2.2 Refunds for cancelled flights will be processed as per the airline’s guidelines and timelines.

3 Hotel Cancellations

3.1 Hotel cancellations are governed by the hotel’s cancellation policy. Non-refundable bookings will not qualify for refunds.

3.2 Any additional fees or penalties imposed by the hotel will be borne by the customer.

4 Holiday Package Cancellations

4.1 Holiday package cancellations must adhere to the policy communicated at the time of booking.

4.2 Refunds are subject to deductions for non-refundable services, administrative fees, and any third-party charges.

4.3 All the accepted and valid refunds will be processed within 7 working days and another 5-10 working days as per the customer’s bank timeline.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 Baba Holidays acts as a facilitator between customers and service providers. We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party service failures, including airlines, hotels, and other vendors.

5.2 We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by force majeure events, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or strikes.

5.3 Our liability is limited to the cost of the booked services only.

6. Links to Other Websites

6.1 Our website may include links to third-party websites for informational purposes. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of such websites.

6.2 Linking to our website without prior written consent is prohibited.

7. Disputes and Jurisdiction

7.1 Any disputes arising from the use of our website, purchases, or engagement with Baba Holidays will be governed by Indian laws and fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
